Minecraft

I have been doing a LOT of Minecraft lately, and I'm getting sick of what I've done in it. I thought maybe making an underground house would be better than an above-ground house, but now I'm starting to reconsider. It's taking too much time to do anything worthy in the "cave" (since it's not really a "house" yet), and in my mind I'm kind of thinking about deleting my current world and re-doing all of it. I would continue, but I think I've bitten off more than I could chew inside the cave and thought I could do a lot more in a short amount of time than I really could.

If I made a new world, I'd probably try to find a spot in woods and make a small house there, and then work off of that. I'll probably be making some YouTube videos about how to play Minecraft and how to work around in it this summer. That's all for this post. Bye!

I. Hate. Math.

The title says it all about this blog post. I hate math with a passion. I just got another F on my Chapter 8 test, and that brought my grade for the quarter down to a D, and a D+ for the semester. It's just like, I can't get passed a D+ or a C. That is why I hate math so much.

It seems like there were only 2 or 3 tests that I actually did good in. They kept my grade at a B earlier in the year, and then most recently a C. That dropped down to a D, however, after this test that I failed. :( I am afraid that this is going to be the final grade for the year, so I'll have a D for this class. Gah!

I'm watching "Tower Heist" right now, but I should really be reading Slaughterhouse-Five for an English assignment. That's all for now... unless I can bring my math grade up with some miracle.

Movie Weekend

I've had a pretty "fun-filled" weekend of watching movies. I watched Thor on Thursday night, Iron Man 1 on Friday night and now I watched Iron Man 2 tonight. Unfortunately, we didn't start watching the movie till around 11 PM, so it didn't end until about 1:55 AM. I'm really tired because of that, but I figured I might as well blog about it while I'm still up. I can't ever seem to get to bed any earlier than 11:30 PM these days, so whatever.

All 3 of these movies that I watched were great, and they really help to explain a lot more in The Avengers than when I watched it for the first time. Especially with Thor, it really cleared up some confusion as to why Loki wanted to so baldy rule the human race. His brother, Thor, had pretty much taken over Asgard as king, so Loki wanted his own throne on Earth, which clearly didn't happen. I'm not quite sure if there is a full movie about the bow-and-arrow guy or Black Widow, but I did see Captain America: The First Avenger, so I wasn't a bit confused on his part.

Alright, I'm off to bed now. Got some homework to do today! :D

Thor

So I just watched "Thor" tonight, and it was REALLY good. It was so good, it didn't even seem like that long of a movie. I do agree, now, with my sister that I should've seen this movie before seeing "The Avengers", since Thor was a follow-up to Avengers. The ending of Thor definitely gave way to revealing the beginning of Avengers, which was awesome. I'd give it a 10/10.

This movie pretty much dealt with two brothers - Thor and Loki - who both wanted to prove themselves worthy of being king of Azgard, but only one could be king. Thor was temporarily banished from Azgard after being foolish and stupid, but he eventually regained his father's respect after stopping Loki from destroying Jotenheim. That led to Thor being king, and Loki left them.

Overall, the movie was very enjoyable and exciting as well. I loved the fight scenes, and the humor added in made it that much better. That's all for now! It's FRIDAY tomorrow!!!

The Three Day Hump

Have you ever heard of "The Three Day Hump"? If not, it's pretty much consisting of three days that you try to break an addiction and stop a bad habit. A big one is smoking, and lots of people try using the three-day hump method.

I myself am using this method right now. I am trying to break myself of SA:MP and NGRP. I have tried to rip myself off of it in the past, but I never tried hard enough. This time, I'm going to try even harder, and I plan on being off forever.

I know that almost doesn't seem plausible, but I'm going to make it happen. It takes away too much from my actual life, and I'm finally (took me a while, too) realizing how sickening it is to be doing something like this for so long. I think this time it will work.

If I ever break this method and jump back into the boat of no-lifer's, I will be very disappointed with myself. With courage and hope, though, it can be conquered!

Almost done!

I can't believe that school is almost over! I'm almost done with my sophomore year. It's crazy shit man! There is about 20-some days left, and I can't wait for the last day. I don't really have much else to say, just wanted to make a new blog post. :)
