I can't do well in Honors Geometry for the life of me.

I had a C+ going for me in Honors Geometry for all of first quarter and some of second quarter, but now, I can't seem to get passed an F. Yes, I have an F in a class. I wish I didn't, but I do. It's honestly because of the proofs we did. I wish proofs didn't exist - I can't do them for shit. I was getting straight B's on all of my tests until the damn proofs set in, then they started going down to D's, and then F's... GAH! Thankfully, you need at least two F's to be assigned at Mid Terms, and I only had one, so I wasn't assigned, but I'm really worried about the end of first semester. I need to get my grade up to at least a D+, even a C-. I couldn't get passed  a D in Honors Algebra II unfortunately, so I really am just losing my mathematical abilities every day... it sucks big balls.

I will really hit rock bottom if I end up failing the semester of geometry, because that means I'll be re-taking first semester of the class next year, senior year, and I for sure don't want that. I'll feel like a loser if that happens to me. I haven't even told my parents about it... if they find out about the fact that I've failed the last 4 tests and that I'm failing a class, they will flip shit and probably ban me from all technological use.

I can't think of much more to add here, so I'll stop now. I'm mad. >:(

I swear, if this plan doesn't work...

Alright, so I have made countless attempts at asking the girl of my dreams out, and each attempt so far has failed me. 80% of them consisted of a movie date, all of which she was either gonna go with me, and then something came up, or she was already doing something else with school or her family. My other plans were to ask her out after school and after I was done with my job, but the only time I tried doing that, which was yesterday, I saw her walking out of the school with some friends, so I knew that plan was shot down. My very next attempt, and hopefully my for-once successful attempt, at asking her will be this coming Monday at school. Yeah, it ain't my ideal way or place to ask her, but I'm beginning to lose my patience with finding the time and place to ask her. This plan I feel kind of forces me to actually do it, but there is unfortunately one small thing that may get in the way of the plan working. I'll explain in the next few paragraphs.

So, my plan consists of this: getting to school like any normal day, putting my things in my locker and heading to the band room. I'll sit with my friends and just chill, and this is where the next part has to come into play for the plan to work the way I want it to. The girl I wanna ask out obviously needs to come into the room also and get all situated with her things, and then I'm gonna head to the bathroom, then go to the lab room that is right next to the band room. If she for whatever doesn't show up before first hour starts, I'll be pretty pissed. I also am really hoping that the other kid that's gonna tell her to come over by me will be there, which he should be. Anyway, I need to do walk away in a way that doesn't make it look like I'm leaving just as she's getting there, like I don't wanna talk to her. I'll probably wait a bit, then do it. So, when I head to the lab, I'm gonna have my other friend who I want in my plan to come out of the lab and go tell her that I want to ask her something, and she has to come over by me. Hopefully, no one will be in the room at the time of this happening. If there is, I may ask them to leave for a short time.

Anyway, she'll walk in, and then. That is when my dreams will hopefully come true. I'm gonna say something like "So, you know that time when so-and-so was at your house and you said you didn't know of anyone that I liked to back-up that I wasn't gay, (which I'm not)?" *she responds* "And then, did you get the text where I said there is a girl I really really really like more than any other girl I've ever known?" *she responds* "Well, believe it or not, you are the girl I really really really like more than any other girl. You are the girl I wanna go out with." *whatever she responds, I hope and pray every day to God her response is yes*

So... yeah, that's how I wanna ask her out. I'll probably add in "So, do you wanna go out with me?" Phoooh, I really hope this plan works. I pray to God each night that he can help make this possible. I just need to actually do this. I want to show her I'm a man and that there is indeed someone out there who likes her, and is indeed her crush. I'd probably make her entire week or rest of her life if this worked. I'm pretty confident she likes me, so I'm nearly confident this will work.

Christmas is just around the corner!

Christmas is once again just around the corner. With just over 2 weeks before the day, I couldn't be more excited. I finally got around to ordering what I wanted to for Christmas, and it's actually some decent stuff, unlike last year where I got next to nothing, mostly because I didn't want anything. This year, I ordered a new case for my iPad, a new phone, an Under Armour sweatshirt and a pair of Under Armour sweatpants, as I have no good pairs of sweatpants at all, and I really like Under Armour. I'm especially excited about the new phone, as it's touchscreen and has a sliding QWERTY keyboard along with. It's not that my current phone is broken, it's just time for an upgrade, as I've had my current phone for well over 3 years now.

I am almost as excited about my new case as I am my new phone. My current iPad's case is falling apart, and it's really a nuisance more than anything. It doesn't serve as a great stand, and it leaves too much of the edges and corners of the iPad exposed, so two of the corners of the iPad are slightly damaged from it accidentally hitting the side of the table where I keep it, and it's just getting old and is ripping in certain areas. If I keep it any longer, it'll probably fall apart even more and probably damage my iPad more than I want it to get damaged. It sucks that the two corners that got damaged are damaged, as now the iPad looks beat-up when out of the case, and not as awesome, but oh well. :( that's how life is. It's nearly impossible to keep that shit 100% intact, unless you're extremely OCD, which I'm only slightly. Yes, I've admitted it - I'm slighlty OCD.

My two other items I'm getting, the Under Armour sweatshirt and sweatpants, are going to be very nice, as I don't have many good sweatshirts to wear, and I only have one pair of sweatpants that fit me, but I use them for chores, and not school wear. The sweatshirt is black with a white "UA" logo on it, and the sweatpants are grey with a little "UA" logo on the side. The two will make for a nice outfit to wear to school. It'll also make for a nice outfit to tease one of my friends with that loves to wear sweatpants and sweatshirts. :) It's gonna be a good Christmas. I know it will be.

Not really so much related to Christmas, but I had started up this whole "TechSalsa" a couple of weeks ago, and I thought I had a great idea going for me. I was planning on making a YouTub account with that name and making very basic technical computer videos showing people who aren't so tech-savvy how to do basic things on computers, but I soon realized what a hassle it was for me. I couldn't even think of basic things that any computer-illiterate person may need help knowing how to do, so that was the biggest issue. The only video I had come up with was "How to Copy Files and/or Folders". Yeah. It was so basic, I was laughing at myself. But, it was something, so I started with that, seeing how it would go.

It didn't last long. I kept the video up for maybe 2 days before deciding to delete the video, the account, my website and my Google account associated with all of it. I had started regretting getting all of it set up, and I was worried about that happening when I started the site up. I knew that I was eventually going to lack motivation to keep making videos, and that's kind of the reason why I stopped making videos after my freshmen year of high school was over. I couldn't think of any good ideas, and I just wasn't motivated to make videos. Plus I sucked at editing them, so that just added to all of it. Anyway, I think this is a decent-sized post for today. That about does it!

Thanksgiving!

I don't know why I didn't blog about this last night, probably because I was extremely tired and full from all of the food I ate during the amazingly tasty meal, but I just didn't. Anyway, in this post, I will discuss how my "Thoroughly Fat" Thanksgiving went. I got up around 10:30, ate breakfast, then I took a shower, shaved and brushed my teeth. After that, I waited till my grandparents arrived, and then we ate the meal, which was so veeeeeeeerrrrrry good. I stuffed myself till I could bear no more. After the meal, we ate our wide variety of desserts, which were cheesecake, my Grandma's delicious chocolate tort, some pumpkin pie and I think that was it. Once that was done, I felt like I was going to combust at any second, I had eaten so much. I was able to rest on the couch for a while, though, so my stomach had some time to work off the huge meal I just took in. A while later, once my stomach was happier, I played several games of Chicken Leg with my mom, two sisters and my grandparents. Once I was through two games, I decided to watch the rest of the Texans vs. Lions football game, and the Lions lost, fortunately. I hate the Lions. I don't favor the Texans at all, but I was only rooting for them so that the Lions are out of playoff potential. I've never liked the Lions and I never will.

Anyway, that's what I did for my Thanksgiving. It was filled with lots of eating, games, TV-watching and lots and lots of laziness, haha. While I was laying on the couch, I actually felt kind of hungry, but I was too lazy and feeling fat to get up and eat something, so that was a downer. I did eventually bring myself to get up and eat some more pumpkin pie. I would've eaten more of my sister's cheesecake, but I couldn't find it at the time. I guess my mom had put it into a different container in the fridge, so that's why I could not locate it to eat it's deliciousness. I have yet to eat some of the chocolate tort, only because there is just sooo much good foood. It was unbelievable. It was like when I was eating my dinner at the musical last week Saturday when we had the matinee at 2 and then the closing performance at 7:30. There was so much to choose from, I was actually kind of mad that I couldn't fit all of what I wanted on to my plate. Just like with Thanksgiving, there was a wide variety of food and dessert, and I could have eaten all night.

Anyway, I'm definitely thankful for all of the food that I was able to eat yesterday, but I'm also very very very thankful for my family, all of the wonderful friends I have in my life and my life in general. It's just awesome, fun, interesting, exciting and, at times, adventurous and scary.

I just realized that I keep starting paragraphs with "Anyway,"... wow. I'm gonna stop now.

What if...

Something that just dawned on me not even five minutes ago was this question: What if texting never existed? What if that whole concept had never been created and would never be created? Would friends still talk as much as they do now outside of school and other activities? If you aren't an avid texter, you don't really know the many advantages of it. For one, you're able to think about your response a little more to a question that a friend may ask you, or just on whatever you're talking about. With calls, however, you don't get as long of a time to think about your response; it has to be fairly quick to keep things not awkward. A very good friend of mine that I talk to all the time, literally every day of the week, asks me questions that I sometimes have a hard time finding a good answer to, and if calling was the only form of communication, I don't know how much I'd actually talk to her... I mean, I'd still talk to her at school, but I don't know about at home.

The only couple of downers with texting is that you can't always tell if someone is being sarcastic or serious sometimes through a text message, whereas you can via a call. Your friend has a much better chance of taking something the wrong way through a text than through a call, obviously, but that just shows you the difference between the two forms of communication. There's really only been one instance of where I didn't know if my friend was being sarcastic about something towards me, or if she was being serious, and she was serious, but it was all good.

Anyway, there isn't really too much else I can say about this topic, so I'm just gonna end it now, as it's late, I'll be getting to bed soon, and yeah. Bai.

The Call of Duty (CoD) Franchise/Series

I have never been a hug fan of the Call of Duty video games, and I never will be. The only CoD game I have is Call of Duty: Finest Hour. It's one of the first CoD games made, and... in all honestly, it kind of blows. The first 30 or 40 missions are alright, but after that, this one in whatever country it takes place, it's so stupid, and it's pretty much impossible to beat. The farthest I've ever gotten in the mission after 5000 painstaking attempts at blowing up the entrance that the Germans were using to get into the damn place, was when I have to hold off more enemies so that whatever retarded Sergeant dude can live, but that's where my issue comes in. It seems as if though you can't save him, because literally 5 seconds every time after I start that part, it says that "Sergeant DeHart was not saved." Wow, really? He's got that little of protection around him that he can't last longer than 5 seconds? Now, I've seen several YouTube videos of this mission being beaten, and the uploaders make it look extremely easy, so I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong... and that's what made me mad at the game I had. I haven't touched it in over a year or so. I believe I got the game for Christmas 2 years ago. I think last summer (in 2011) was the last time I played it. For some reason, I played a lot of SpongeBob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom this past summer (in 2012).

Back to Call of Duty, though. Recently - I think just a week or so ago - Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 was released. Everyone who has played one or two of the games from the series says on the YouTube comments and just everywhere on the Internet that once you've played on of the CoD games, you've played them all. I completely agree. Every single CoD game out there has the exact same general idea to it: it's a first-hand shooter game where you go around, killing enemies and getting from point A to point B without dieing. The missions start out easy and then get harder as you progress, obviously (any gamer knows that, even the soft-core ones). I think there are like 15 or so titles in the Call of Duty series, all of them following the exact. same. theme. But oh wait, you say this one has better graphics and an improved and more updated map than the last game? Woop-dee freakin' doo. That's like saying you should get the iPad 4 if you have an iPad 3 already because it has a faster processor and an improved camera. It's almost ridiculous how crazy some of those gamers go when another CoD is made. Even so, that's just how business works. Companies do whatever it takes to get money out of peoples' pockets. If that means by making the same type of game over and making a huge hype about it how it's sooooo much better than the last game, they'll do just that.

Not too much else to really say on the topic of Call of Duty, kind of a specific topic that can't really be broadened out anymore. So... yeah, I'm gonna end this now so I don't blabber on too much.

A possible relationship...

I have been a single man my entire life, and up until roughly 1 and a half months ago, I've been wanting to date someone. Freshman year of high school I liked this one girl who sat next to me in band, and me being the idiot I sometimes am, I asked the girl out in the weirdest way possible through Facebook. Yeah, it was a stupid move. She didn't even like me, which I am extremely thankful for today. The reason I'm really happy she rejected me (sounds kinda odd, right?) is because I'm really into this other girl that I become closer friends with this school year. She's a senior, but I'm nearly the same age as her, so it's all good. :P Anyway, she is also in band, plays the flute and is one of the two drum majors. We've hung out a lot before, and we've actually kinda "cuddled" a few times. When I went to a homecoming party with her and a few friends, we sat next to each other, and about halfway through the movie (not that this matters, because it doesn't really) I could feel her foot on top of mine. I didn't move mine, and she didn't move hers, so I assumed she either liked it or didn't mine, as for me, so I just left it. It was also a really scary movie, and so after one of the scary parts, she sighed and let her hand/arm fall on my knee, and I put my hand on hers, and then eventually, I'm not exactly sure how, but we ended up holding hands. Like, at first I think it was to help calm me down during the movie, but we kept holding hands even after the movie was over, and so I think something is there... she also put her head on my knee and rested, so I was quite happy that night. We also hugged for a good 2 or 3 minutes after I took her home, so it shwas a good night. :)

Another night that this same kind of thing happened was when I went over to her house and we watched Fiddler on the Roof. At first we were on opposite ends of the couch, but then she scooted closer when her dad brought us some snacks, and then she sat pretty much right next to me after she brought some popcorn over and sat in between her brother and I. Then her brother left, and it was just her and I. She put her head on my shoulder, which I was fine with and liked, and I almost fell asleep because I was so comfy sitting on the couch with her. Then we hugged for a bit and I left. I was again very happy that night. I think the longest hug we've ever had was when we went it the Hartford Jaycees haunted house, and when we went back to her house, after everyone was gone but us, we hugged for a good 15 minutes. It was very enjoyable. :)

I have a plan, though, for asking her out... and I'm really hoping it works. I'm hoping to be able to go see a movie with her tomorrow night, and then sometime after that, whether we are at a restaurant hanging out or just chilling outside, I'm gonna start it off with something like "Could you see us dating or going out?" This part is probably going to be extremely nerve-racking, but before I ask the question I'll be really nervous, as it would be for any guy asking out the girl of their dreams. Anyway, if she says yes, then I'll say something like "Well, would you go out with me?", and if she says "Yes.", I will jump for joy. If not... if she says something like she wants to date someone else... and I can think of a few people she would say... I'm gonna be slightly heart-broken, but I won't let it ruin my night. Though I probably would go into a slight depression, knowing my fantasies of being with her would never come true.

That's what brings me to ask myself "Why would she say no?" My reasoning for thinking that is because she wrote this status on Facebook a month ago that said "He must dance in the rain with me, then I will say yes <3". It was just after I told her I'd dance in the rain with her since no one else would. So, I'm 95% sure she'd go out with me... but that 5% worries me... I'm definitely gonna be praying to God tomorrow before I pick her up that all goes well.

Touring UW-Stout tomorrow!

Today my mom, sister and I drove for roughy 4 hours up to UW-Stout, as we will be touring it tomorrow. We got here around 4 PM, checked into our hotel room, and then we ate dinner, walked around the campus a little bit, and then we saw "Here Comes the Boom". It was a great movie. My sister wanted to see "Paranormal Activity 4" after the other movie was done, but I was like "Heeeeeel no." - I wasn't gonna look forward to not sleeping tonight. I barely got through Insidious, so I don't think I'll survive Paranormal Activity. She kept on saying "Pleeeeeease. Can we pleeeeeease go see it?". It was really annoying, and I just wanted to leave.

Anyway, we are touring the campus tomorrow, and then we're leaving for home around noon. I'm getting to bed, so... night!

Organization and a new phone (possibly).

So, I just recently put all of my apps on my iPad into folders, and so I reduced my homescreens down from 5 to just 2 - my main homescreen with the built-in apps (Messages, Notes, Contacts, etc.) and then the apps that I've downloaded in the past. I'm thinking of making a separate folder for games that I beat, because that's just how I am.

That's about all I have for the organizational concept of this post, haha (I was gonna say lol, but that seems to immature for a blog post).

As for the new phone, I'm hoping this Saturday after Pit Orchestra rehearsal I can get the new phone I really want to get. It's touchscreen, has a sliding QWERTY keyboard, and is just way better than my current phone that I've had for over 3 years now. I'm not going to completely junk my old phone, since it has nice pictures on it from way back when, and I like to look at them from time to time when I'm bored, haha. I would like to get it tomorrow morning, but my mom and sister and I are heading to UW-Stout at noon to tour it on Friday. My mom went there for college, and so she wanted me to choose something that interested me there just so she could see what's changed there.

So... yeah... I can't really think of anything else to add to this post... I wish I could. Oh well, that's all!

Just another post...

So, I haven't blogged in a while, mostly because I've been busy lately. I had a great homecoming, and I went to a very fun yet very scary homecoming party. I went over to a friend's house, did a small bit of paintballing, though it wasn't much, and then we were gonna go bowling, but we got confused by a sign that said no one under 17 or without an adult permitted on a door that led to the arcade room, so we just kind of left. After that, we went to Burger King, ate some food, and then we headed to Domino's for those who didn't want anything at Burger King or just wanted a pizza to begin with. Once all of the food part was done, we settled back down at the friend's house, and we watched the scariest movie ever (well, for me anyway). We watched Insidious, and I screamed the entire time. The worst part was this once scene when the demon appears behind the dad, totally unexpected, and I screamed for like 10 straight seconds. My whole body was shaking after I saw it, and it was hard for me to recover from it.

After the movie was over we watched a few episodes of SpongeBob Squarepants to ease the pain that was created from Insidious. Then I went home and tried to sleep. That following Monday at school, the picture was temporarily burned into my mind. I was working on some FFA stuff, when my friend behind me showed me the picture from the scene that scared the shit out of me, and he kept trying to show me it. Eventually the image ended up on my computer, and then it got so bad that I just left for a while and needed to be alone for a while. It got bad. Then one of my friends gave me a few hugs, and I settled down a little. At least now everyone has pretty much forgotten about that.

This past Saturday, I went to the Hartford Jaycees haunted house, and I got the bajeebies scared out of me. In the beginning, when we walked through the trail/woods area, a guy with the sound of a chainsaw popped out at us and scared the fucking shit out of me. I literally jumped like 3 feet into the air, and all of my friends who saw me jump said I jumped "higher than a black man". Though, I feel like I jumped higher when we got back outside from the house after I jumped over the stairs than when I heard the chainsaw... but whatever. Anyway, it was fun, but again, I got really scared. I think the one thing that scares me the most about haunted houses is the anticipation of it all before it happens. I don't know what the hell to expect, and my nerves always really over-work me and kind of make me a little miserable. I get really shaky and can't sit very still. And then my friends laugh at me. :P Oh well.

That's about all I have for now, can't really type much more before my hands get cramped up from so much typing. On to homework and other stuff. :\
